Faultline Audio Press is currently recording arid environments in northern Nevada and carefully cataloging the sounds of these areas where water is scarce. The effort is intended to better understand the role of water in the world of Nature's sounds. The results of the study - so far - are to be presented as part of a Geography Colloquium at the University of Nevada, Reno on the 19th of April, 2006.
